The Town of Nederland runs the visitors center in the 1st Street parking lot in the middle of downtown. It has camping and parking information, maps, gifts and souvenirs, and the Town sells the same gifts online.
Call the Town’s number and ask for extension 6020. Public restrooms along the back of the building are open 9 am to 3 pm. The Town’s Maps page (https://nederlandco.org/1438/Maps) has printable maps for Brainard Lake, Caribou Ranch and Mud Lake, the Hessie and Fourth of July trailheads, West Magnolia and camping along the Peak to Peak Highway.
