Crosscut is a wood-fired pizzeria and taphouse on the corner of Highway 119 and East 1st Street. Its 12-inch pizzas use organic Colorado-milled flour with a three-day fermentation, and gluten-free crust is available; the menu also has salads and starters.
It takes no reservations. Takeout can be ordered online or at the bar. The back deck and patio depend on the weather, and leashed dogs are welcome on the patio. The restaurant says it does not answer the phone during service but returns voicemails.
